Happy St Pat's to U 2 Rhi!
Erin Go Bragh.
So tell us about your birthday????
Details Details please
I had lots of fun on my birthday. Despite Spring coming, it was a tad chilly and windy here.
My Mother and I did a little shopping.
We went to a mall where there are lots of sneaker stores. My Mother bought me a new pair of Nike sneakers: "Nike Air" white with sky blue trim & laces.
Mom bought me a Land's End silk & cashmere blend (has some nylon & Lycra in the mix) "poppy red" colored sweater for Spring (it really feels good and the color is very vibrant, in fact Mom bought one for herself).
I also got Victoria's Secret Rapture Cologne Spray.
Mom and I ate here
It was a great meal. It started out with Miso Soup and a fresh salad with a delicious Ginger enhanced salad dressing. I drank White Zinfandel Wine with my meal. The Japanese Chef performed some tricks with the knives and the pepper shakers as he prepared our meals. We sat with 6 other people I didn't know. My brother was away in Florida so he missed out on a great meal. It's fun to watch the chef slice and dice the vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, onions, celery) and then prepare the fried rice and bean sprouts. I had a combination of Scallops and Shrimp and my Mother had the Habacchi Beef. At the end the waiters sang "Happy Birthday" to me in Japanese, it was great fun :)
Mushrooms! I forgot the mushrooms! Good thing the Chef didn't forget ;-)
