International News Article | Reuters.com:
"Besides calling for a boycott of Bali, some Australians have urged that their donations to the aid effort in tsunami-hit Aceh province be returned.
Officers at the main Bali airport found the cannabis stashed in Corby's bag last year after she arrived from Australia.
Corby has insisted the drugs were stashed somewhere in transit to Bali. Reasonable doubt is insufficient to knock down a charge under Indonesia's legal system."
Powder linked to Corby case: PM
"THERE was a connection between the suspected biological terror attack on the Indonesian embassy and Schapelle Corby, Prime Minister John Howard said today.
The Prime Minister said he had been briefed on the contents of a letter, written in Indonesian, accompanying a bacterial powder sent to the Indonesian ambassador in Canberra yesterday.
Mr Howard refused to detail the contents of the letter but said he had no reason not to believe the attack was linked to Corby's conviction for drug smuggling in Bali."
Scare could ruin Corby's chances
WHOEVER sent the envelope to the Indonesian Embassy could have harmed Schapelle Corby's chances of winning freedom, according to her Indonesian lawyer.
Lily Lubis, who heads Corby's defence team, said she had not told her client about the incident. But she said the convicted drug smuggler would be very sad and worried about it once she found out.
