All bets are off when William leaves the University of St Andrews

"Paddy Harveston, press secretary to the Prince of Wales, confirms that the hands-off deal ends once William leaves full-time education: 'No, there will be no further agreements. Once he leaves University the St Andrews’s agreement is over. The special agreement was purely to cover his education. It ended for Harry when he left Eton and Prince William’s will end when he leaves St Andrews. He will be a senior member of the royal family and we will handle any press interest in him the same way as other members."
