"LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actor Jim Belushi says his next-door neighbor, actress Julie Newmar, is spying on him, destroying his property and calling him names behind his back.

So he has filed a $1 million harassment suit against the actress famed for playing the villainess Catwoman on the 1960s 'Batman' TV series, saying he will not let her drive him out of the neighborhood.

Newmar's agent, Fred Wostbrock, declined to discuss the allegations except to say: 'You've got to be kidding. The only person Catwoman would hassle is Batman -- (actor) Adam West.'

Belushi says that Newmar, 71, destroyed a fence and landscaping on his property, spied on the actor and his family and directed loud music into his backyard.

The star of the ABC sitcom 'According to Jim' also accuses Newmar of spreading defamatory statements about him by calling him a 'Peeping Tom,' a 'voyeur' and 'sick.'

The suit, filed last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court and made public on Monday, describes Newmar's behavior as 'an effort to force Belushi to move from his home.'"

'For what we did, it was perfect,' Prandini said. 'It was a perfect location, too, because people would drive there or walk there. Once it a while, we'd use it for police training to practice room searches and things like that.

'We're just going to evaluate it as the year goes on. We'll see what develops and see if we can pull this off again someplace else.'"

They managed to do this because an original was discovered in perfect condition during an archaeological excavation in London.

During the Roman Empire, Roman women in London used to use this foundation cream. The cream is made of refined animal fat, starch and tin.

When you apply it to your face you have a smooth, white powdery texture - probably due to the starch, say the researchers.

Romans loved white faces. Tin, say the researchers, was a better option than lead, because tin is not toxic. Lead had been a popular ingredient for cosmetics throughout history.

The original cream was found in its metal container in perfect condition."
