National Polka Fest continues through this evening in Ennis
Polka festivals are great family entertainment:
"The sights are colorful and include the traditional red and white polka costumes, as well as multi-colored balloons, handmade floats decorated with tissue paper in a rainbow of colors, with sounds that include the “oohs and aghs” from young and old alike.
“The parade gets bigger and bigger every year,” Cindy Pechal, executive director of the Ennis Convention & Visitors Bureau, said. “The annual Polka Festival continues to draw people from all walks of life looking to have family fun.”
