When you need to be up-to-the-minute & up-to-date & nothing but the very latest will do--GooFresh -- Fresh Google Results!

BBC NEWS | Americas | US shipwreck could yield millions Ever search for buried or sunken treasure? Yo ho ho

NEWS.com.au | Mars closest in 60,000 years (August 13, 2003)
The astrological patterns of Mars create an influence of creative and physical, very often sexual energy.
Check with your local planetarium to see if there are any Mars gazing parties on August 26th.
August 26th, 27th & 28th especially watch for the influences of Mars within your own life--especially note how your desires easily express themselves into action.
The time will be ripe for new beginnings. Try to find practical ways to use the excess energy radiating from Mars: Virgos (and those with Virgo ascendants) will really shine in this practical area of endeavor; Mars rules Aries, Aries (and those with Aries ascendants) will rise to a professional challenge and win, professional goals will also be able to be mixed with travel, some excitement and fun; Taurus (and you know those ascendants in this & the rest of the signs are understood at the mention of the sign) will get the energetic kick from Mars to do that fancy legwork, whether that be at the office, at the gym or on the dance floor; Mars' exuding energy will exert a special influence upon the Mercury dominated Gemini, Gemini will think & act & accomplish more than usual, it will be an energy kick for the twins; Cancer--an excellent time for home improvement projects; Leo, now's the time to go surfing!; Libra will be extra vivacious; Scorpio--Mars is the co-ruler of Scorpio and when Pluto, the ruling planet of Scorpio is considered into the mix, just think of the concentrated power of Scorpio, Scorpio will have the ability to really transform some areas of life; Mars will add extra energy into the energetic ability of Sagittarius & in combination with its ruler, Jupiter, there will be an expansion in the creative realm of possibilities for Sagittarius; Mars is exalted in Capricorn & the Goats will reach the top of the mountain; Aquarius is never easily one to be pegged, and at this time the aura of mystery will be even greater; Pisces, expect a fluid time, a time of smooth transitions, tap into your intuition, insight is sure to be inspirational.
The energy of Mars will especially be felt August 26th, 27th & 28th, these influences will level off, decrease somewhat but will continue through August. Anyone with more specific questions should consult his or her own personal chart and also check the chart with an On-Line Ephemeris - Daily Position of Planets and also this

Ananova - Breast exercises prove popular in Bangkok What exactly is the "bosom firming dance?" If it were put to groovy music could it be an international hit music video?

Ananova - Hi-tech changing room 'will tell you what not to wear' Okay, will that hi-tech changing room offer alternatives? How about alterations? And since when does a computerized place of commerce dictate what's groovy and what's not????
Will there be a computerized voice admonishing against a chosen color? "Darrrrrrling, that's *NOT* you, that color washes out your complexion!"

Don't you hate it when businesses funnel consumers' money in a direction that ultimately doesn't really help the consumer? Did you check out those high tech shopping carts at the supermarket? One supermarket tries to guarantee that a cart will never leave the parking lot by installing an electrical sensor so that if the cart "even tries" to leave the parking lot, electric brakes will automatically stop the wheels rendering the cart useless---damn! How much money was funneled into that? You know that merchandise prices absorb those costs.

Yahoo! News - New York City Bounces Back from Massive Blackout

Tech Biz: Netflix's secret weapon - Aug. 13, 2003
What are they talking about? "Netflix's secret weapon?"
The patent for "all you can eat" DVD-rentals? How many DVDs can one watch before the saturation point? Or before one gets so tired that the eyeballs droop out of the sockets? The real secret weapon is the "neato" new calculator function from Google (read below). 'Cause whether you invest in NetFlix Inc (NASDAQ NM:NFLX), Blockbuster Inc.
NYSE: BBI
or Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
NYSE: WMT
you'll still need Google's new calculator function to figure out the estimate profiles.

Google Web Search Features--"neato" calculator function

Future Option traders will still need a crystal ball for futures forecasts, but they'll need not invest in pocket calculators--hey ho no more--Google Adds Calculator FunctionResearchBuzz News -- August 7 - August 13, 2003
"That wacky Google. Now they're rolling out the calculators. As you can see from the explanation at http://www.google.com/help/features.html#calculator , you can turn an incredibly powerful search engine into a four-function calculator! Whoopee!"

Researchbuzz News tells us that that Google's calculator function even has a conversion utility which will convert into troy ounces (do any cocoa or gold trading?)--have to agree with Research Buzz News, this new capability is "neato." When will Google become a take-out Chef? That would be even *more* neato.

Wow, it was the type of heat today which renders one listless and lethargic.
Just think, last year around this time Prague was under water
Thousands flee Prague flooding:
Heavy rains persist across Central Europe, causing flooding and dozens of deaths
and here's a handy site: Prague Flooding brought to you by
GeoExplorer (formerly geography portal .co.uk), your one stop guide to Geography on the web. Geo Explorer aims to meet all your geography needs-- packed full of resources to support students and teachers of geography or those with a general interest in geography. Geography links are grouped according to user level - GCSE, A / AS Level and Keystage 3, and categorised according to Physical Geography, Human Geography , Countries and Regions and Geographical Research and Skills.

Contrast the Prague flooding from last year with the heat waves ravaging Europe at the present moment:

Indian Spinach Cooked with Onions
Adapted from Madhur Jaffrey's Indian Cooking, by Madhur Jaffrey, Barron's, Woodbury, NY, 1983. ISBN 0-8120-2700-0.

Hi,

I was looking through the Rider-Waite Tarot deck in search for
ladies with bare feet. I admire the bare feet of the dancing maiden
depicted in "The World" card. I saw some other cards with bare feet,
but wanted to focus upon "The World" because she reminds me of a
friend--a friend whose bare feet you can admire at
the Terrific Tootsies foot contest

My girlfriend is Finalist #2 in the Terrific Tootsies foot contest

So we would appreciate it if you voted for her feet, it would mean
"The World" to her, so please vote for #2
Thanks

~Rhi
